Review: The Catch by Taylor Stevens

This is the 4th book with Munroe and definitely one of my favorites. The storyline moved along quickly and the characters were well developed. The storyline took place in countries I know little about but the descriptions were detailed and helped with imaging what it is like there. This character is strong and well developed and there are many storyline possibilities. I'm already looking forward to the next Munroe adventure.

Review: Zom-B Gladiator by Darren Shan

This is book #6 in the Zom-B series. I dare say this series gets better with each book. I don't usually read zombie books they aren't my thing but I've read quite a few things by this author so I thought I'd give them a shot. Book 6 continues the story of B. Smith and the Angels. I don't want to give anything away about the storyline so I'm just going to say if you are into Zombie stories or not, if you read horror fiction and if you like fast paced action filled stories you should be reading this series. Start with the first one titled Zom-B and you might as well get the rest because you'll need them. If you buy the hard copy, an e-book or check them out at the library you might as well get them all and be prepared to get up caught up quickly.
Anxiously awaiting #7 Zom-B Mission release date April 8,2014.

Review: Pandemic by Scott Sigler

The final book in the Infected series was pretty good. (It was going to be difficult to top Infected in my opinion and although good Contagious and Pandemic just weren't able to do it.) Pandemic has quite a few places that are excitement filled and fall in to that I must finish this chapter mentality but the book as a whole did not read as easily to me as the previous 2 did. Something I have always liked about Sigler's writing is he can kill off the main characters if necessary. Sorry but the good guy does not always win and I like going into a Sigler novel knowing that nobody is "safe". I will recommend this series for years to come and hope others find them as enjoyable as I have.
